Business Performance Analytics

Our teams ensure our products are suitably positioned in the marketplace and that once a customer chooses us, their vehicle is built and delivered on time. The role within Business Performance Analytics will be crucial to achieving sales targets through forecasting, analysis and purchase incentive planning. As an undergraduate, you’ll have the opportunity to build and issue accurate and insightful reports with commentary to inform critical decisions.

Xander is the Supply Executive for SEAT UK. He’s responsible for weekly production supply updates, monthly reporting and supporting conference calls to discuss areas such as dealer support, product and supply. Xander is also part of the launch team for the new SEAT Arona; he is specifically involved with factory orders and managing the product specification and trim to ensure an impactful launch. The role has given Xander the responsibility and ownership to run his own projects. He’s implemented an information portal for dealers, enabling them to track the delivery of their vehicles once they arrive in the UK, and even presented this to stakeholders at a conference in Birmingham. A role in Business Performance Analytics is a real opportunity to make an impact to the entire business.

Hannah is the Used Car and Local Business Specialist at Volkswagen Passenger Cars. Hannah is responsible for business as usual reports and sales tracking. Her role is heavily project based, so she’s been able to get involved with a variety of activities during her placement. At the moment, she’s part of the project team responsible for building digital dashboards within dealerships and she’s been busy training dealership sales teams across the UK. This has enabled her to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the business. Hannah has also learnt to work well under pressure and manage her time effectively. This role is a great opportunity to use your own initiative, tailor your projects to your strengths and work on real-world company activities that will positively impact the wider business.
